Complaints Procedure
We very much hope that you will never need to complain. If you do need to do so, we want to ensure that you can do so easily and that you feel that your complaint has been addressed.
Complaints can usually be sorted informally by simply talking to the member of staff involved. If this is not appropriate then the matter can be discussed with a senior member of staff or with the Headteacher.
